OzWipes is committed to supplying high-quality products and reliable service. If there is an issue with your order, we’ll work with you to resolve it fairly and promptly.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of hygiene and consumable products, we do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been dispatched, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.We may request photos or additional information to help assess the issue.Where a fault is confirmed, OzWipes will arrange one of the following at no additional cost:

  • Replacement of the product

  • Refund

  • Credit for future orders

 

Free Samples & Promotional Items

Free samples and promotional items are provided for evaluation purposes only and are not eligible for refunds or replacement unless faulty.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with a resolution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or as account credit, depending on the circumstances. Processing times may vary.

Ongoing Supply & Commercial Orders

For customers on ongoing supply or repeat orders, issues will be assessed on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair outcome.
